The biggest lesson I have learned in self love is the art of self talk. Many of us speak to ourselves all day-- we fear being laid off, being late, not being liked and most importantly, not being loved.
In self love, we must be very choosy about what energy we let in. The next time you hear a negative self comment, I want you to ask, where did this come from? Was this from a person or a past memory from childhood?
We need to examine our thoughts the way we examine our food-- there are eons of chemicals and free radicals that can war with our bodies self love and our minds. Examine the energy you let in and find a way to discard negative and fearful energy and start with a place of love and peace for yourself.
